3-Day cooking course

Cooking as an experience for men and women with Sepp Kurath. The course is built around the guest menus which you can prepare. Aim of this course is to stimulate you and give you ideas and the necessary self-confidence.

If you have particular wishes or suggestions to make about the menu planning we shall gladly consider them.

Offers

check-in on Wednesday from 9 a.m. before work starts
check-out on Saturday up to 11 a.m.
practical work, daily from 10 a.m. until ...o'clock
use of work clothes, aprons and torchons supplied by us.
3 overnight stays, full-board (abundant breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner cooked by yourselves)
aperitif before each main meal

Dinner on Friday
Every participant in the course may invite 1 person to the Friday dinner. Cost of the dinner and overnight stays in your room is included in the cost of the course. Here we can present our invited guests for the first time what has been learned. We await the visit from 6 p.m. on.
