In the SGU in Näfels GL there is a newly-opened Climbing Practice Hall which in bad weather offers a welcome alternative to the real thing in nature. From Amden-Weesen it takes app. 10 minutes by car to get to Näfels. Also by bus via Ziegelbrücke you can quickly reach the SGU climbing hall.
