Bad Ragaz

Fläsch

The wine-growing village borders Canton St. Gallen and the Fürstentum Liechtenstein. The border, on the Luzisteig pass. and also the 2,599m high Grauspitz, lie behind the Regitzerspitz (1,135m above sea level). The Fläscher Alps are also to be found there.

Flums-Kleinberg

From Säxli take the cable car to the Schönhalde, the starting point for hiking and bike tours in summer and for skiing, ski tours and snowshoeing in winter.

Flumserberg

Today and before

800 people live in Flumserberg, in addition to that there are about 7,200 beds for visitors in all different kinds of accommodation (hotels, holiday apartments, group accommodation etc.), 21 restaurants and 14 bars/snow bars, 16 cable cars and ski lifts (6 in summer).

Maienfeld

The legend of Heidi can be felt by everyone today; especially in Maienfeld. In the "Heididorf" (Heidi village) you can see how Heidi might have lived. On the "Heidialp" (summer grazing pastures for the cows) you can understand just why Johanna Spyri was inspired to write her Heidi stories here.
