Make your own cheese over an open fire, like in the old days, in the traditional, Tannenboden Alp Dairy, which was built at the turn of the century. Experience the rural tradition in an entertaining and exciting way. Slip into the role of a cheesemaker and produce your very own cheese, which you can pick up after leaving it to mature for 2 - 3 months.
Tip: Combine this outing with an appropriate meal (Raclette, fondue, Älplermakaronen) in the quaint old dairy hut.

Alongside the 2 6kg alpine cheeses which you make yourselves, this price also includes support of our instructor during the making of the cheese, and taking care of it while it matures.
